The active ingredient in KYBELLA® is synthetic deoxycholic acid. Deoxycholic acid is a naturally occurring molecule in the body that aids in the breakdown and absorption of dietary fat. Targeted areas of fat include the double chin, jowls, inner thighs and bra bulge.
