At Aesthetic Couture Medspa, we value the time we get to spend with each client, we also ask that our time is also taken into consideration. Therefore, at Aesthetic Couture, we have a set of rules and regulations that we adhere to in order to provide exceptional care. Please review each policy carefully, if you have questions or concerns please contact Aesthetic Couture and we will be able to assist you.

Booking Fee

At Aesthetic Couture we pride ourselves in our work and expect to provide the best services to each client. We expect all client's that schedule an appointment with our experienced injectors be charged a booking fee to ensure that the client will come to their appointment. This booking fee will either be fifty ($50) dollars or one hundred ($100) dollars depending on the type of service booked. The booking fee will be deducted from the final balance after the service has been performed. If the client chooses to no-show, the booking fee will not be returned and a new booking fee will be charged if the client decides to book another service. 

Cancellation Policy

At Aesthetic Couture we ask that clients call twenty-four (24) hours before their scheduled appointment to cancel. This allows Aesthetic Couture to advertise the new opening in the schedule and replace with a new client. If the client calls the day of to cancel the appointment, said client will be charged a fee of seventy-five ($75) dollars for the cancellation, and will lose their booking fee. All charges will be made immediately, no exceptions.
Late Fee

Aesthetic Couture values each client's time, therefore we ask that all clients arrive to their appointments 10-15 minutes before the scheduled appointment to ensure that they receive the full amount of time allotted during their appointment.  If a client is more than 15 minutes late without contacting Aesthetic Couture, the appointment will be canceled and rescheduled. If the client is going to be late, we ask that all clients call Aesthetic Couture to inform us about their estimated time of arrival. If you are going to be late, your appointment will be shorter than the time scheduled to respect the other clients that are scheduled immediately after. 

No-Show Fee

At Aesthetic Couture we ask that client's call us to inform us that they will not be coming to their appointment. Please refer to the cancellation policy about the time frame in which it is appropriate to cancel your appointment. If said client does not show up to their appointment, they will lose their booking fee and be charged an additional seventy-five ($75) dollars for missing their scheduled appointment.

Reschedule Policy

At Aesthetic Couture, we understand that unexpected events can happen, therefore, we are more than happy to reschedule your appointment. That being said, Clients are only allowed to reschedule their appointment no more than two (2) times in the calendar year. After two (2) reschedules for the same appointment, clients will no longer be able to reschedule that appointment without being charged the entire price of the selected service before the scheduled appointment to ensure that the client will be at the next scheduled appointment.
